LinkedNav provides a contact management and lead generation platform including:

• Contact management and organization
• LinkedIn contact importing via browser extension
• List creation and contact segmentation
• Lead tracking and relationship management
• Contact data synchronization and storage
• Search and filter capabilities for contacts

Browser Extension: Our free Chrome browser extension allows you to import contacts from LinkedIn (profiles, search results, event attendees, post engagements) directly into your LinkedNav account.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Infringe on the rights or privacy of others
• Use imported contact data for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to compete with us or for competitive intelligence
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Scrape or collect data from our platform using automated means
• Share your account credentials with others

LinkedIn Usage: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the browser extension complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. LinkedNav is not affiliated with LinkedIn.

5. Service Plans and Limits

LinkedNav offers different service tiers with varying features and limitations:

• Free Plan: Access to core contact management features with storage limits
• Premium Plans: Enhanced features, increased storage, and advanced functionality
• Enterprise: Custom solutions with dedicated support

Specific limits on contact storage, list creation, and import frequency are defined in your account plan. We reserve the right to enforce fair usage policies to ensure service quality for all users.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

LinkedNav offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: No payment required, limited features
• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with enhanced features
• Browser Extension: Free to use for all account holders

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by LinkedNav and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create derivative works based on our services

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Your Contact Data: You own all contact data you import into LinkedNav. We store and process this data solely to provide our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store the contact information you import.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedNav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedNav from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Upon Termination: You will lose access to your account and all associated data. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You can export your contact data before terminating your account.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkedNav operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
