Pricing, explained

What does LinkedIn lead generation cost?

You are paying for four things: a list, the writing, the capacity to send, and someone to handle the replies. Here is how each route prices them, what a quote usually leaves out, and how to work out what one real conversation costs you.

  • Our price is on this page
  • No setup fee, no long contract
  • LinkedIn subscriptions included
The short answer

LinkedIn lead generation is priced in three ways: a salary if you hire, a monthly retainer or a fee per meeting if you use an agency, and a flat price by volume if you buy it done for you. LinkedNav charges $597 a month for every 500 prospects reached, with the list, the messages, the sending and the reply handling included. Whichever route you pick, compare them on the same two numbers: what it costs to reach one right person, and what it costs to get one real conversation. A low price per month can be a high price per conversation.

The four things you are paying for

Every route to LinkedIn leads pays for the same four things. The routes only differ in who does each one and how it shows up on the bill.

  • The list. Finding the right people and checking their details. Poor data wastes everything that comes after it.
  • The writing. Messages worth answering, and follow-ups that do not repeat the first one.
  • The capacity to send. One LinkedIn account sends about 100 connection requests a week, and InMail runs on a monthly credit allowance. Reaching more people takes more capacity, and capacity costs money.
  • The people. Someone has to answer replies quickly, book the calls and tell you what is working.

How each route is priced

Ask every provider for one figure: the full monthly cost for a set number of prospects reached, with everything included. Without that, quotes cannot be compared.

  • Doing it yourself. Your own hours, plus the subscriptions for data, sending and LinkedIn. The cash cost looks low. The real cost is the time taken from selling.
  • Hiring a sales development rep. A salary, tools and management time, with months of ramp before results are steady.
  • An agency on a retainer. A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope, often with a setup fee and a minimum term.
  • An agency paid per meeting. Nothing unless a meeting is booked, then a fee for each one. Ask what counts as qualified.
  • Done for you, by volume. One flat price for each step of monthly volume. With LinkedNav that is $597 for every 500 prospects reached.

Rather have this done for you?

Pick a monthly volume. Our team builds the list, writes the messages, sends from your own LinkedIn account and handles the replies. Sales Navigator and InMail credits are covered by us.

What a quote usually leaves out

The headline number is rarely the whole bill. Ask about each of these before you compare two quotes.

  • A setup or onboarding fee in the first month.
  • LinkedIn subscriptions, such as Sales Navigator seats, billed to you.
  • Data and list costs charged per lead.
  • Software for sending and for the inbox.
  • A minimum term, and what leaving early costs.
  • Reply handling and booking, sold as an extra.

How to work out your cost per conversation

Two sums tell you whether a price is good. First, divide the monthly cost by the number of right people reached. That is your cost per person reached, and it lets you compare any two providers.

Second, divide the monthly cost by the number of real conversations it produced. That is the number that matters, because it meets your own sales math: how many conversations become a customer, and what a customer is worth.

Give it two months before you judge. The first weeks are spent finding the list and the wording that work. The calculator on the pricing page lets you try your own deal size and close rate.

What LinkedNav costs, and what is in the price

One price: $597 a month reaches up to 500 prospects. Want twice the volume? It is twice the price. Every step costs the same, and you can bill monthly, quarterly or annually and cancel anytime.

There is no setup fee, no per-seat fee and no long contract. The InMail capacity and the LinkedIn subscriptions needed to send are included, so you do not buy a Sales Navigator membership of your own. What you get each month is listed below, and the done-for-you page shows the service in full.

Your options

Five routes, and who each one suits

None of these is wrong. They suit different stages.

Option 1

Do it yourself

Good: The lowest cash cost, and you learn your market first hand.

Not so good: It takes hours every day, and it stops the week you get busy.

Option 2

Hire a sales development rep

Good: Someone inside your team who learns the product deeply.

Not so good: The highest fixed cost, a slow start, and it all rests on one person staying.

Option 3

An agency on a retainer

Good: Experience from many clients, and one fee to plan around.

Not so good: Extras on top of the fee, and a term you are held to.

Option 4

An agency paid per meeting

Good: You pay when something happens.

Not so good: A high price for each meeting, and arguments over which meetings count.

What LinkedNav does

Done for you, by volume

Good: One flat price that covers the list, the writing, the capacity and the replies. Easy to scale up or down.

How it works

You make one call. Our team does the rest.

  1. 1

    A short call

You tell us who you sell to, what you offer and how you speak. That is most of what we need from you.

  2. 2

    The list and the words

Our team builds the list and writes the InMail and connection sequences. You read the wording and approve it before anything goes out.

  3. 3

    Outreach every working day

Messages go out from your own LinkedIn profile, under your name, at the monthly volume you chose.

  4. 4

    Replies handled, results reported

We answer replies, pass you the people who want to talk, and send a report every week on who was reached and what came back.

Is it for you?

Who this fits, and who it does not.

A good fit if

  • You want a price you can compare line by line with an agency quote or a salary.
  • You want to start small and add volume when it works.
  • You do not want to buy LinkedIn subscriptions, data and software separately.

Not the right fit if

  • You need a handful of conversations a year. Do it by hand.
  • Your buyers are not on LinkedIn.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much does LinkedIn lead generation cost per month?

It depends on the route. Hiring costs a salary, an agency charges a retainer or a fee per meeting, and done-for-you services charge by volume. LinkedNav charges one flat monthly price for every 500 prospects reached, and the current price is on the pricing page.

What is a good cost per lead on LinkedIn?

There is no single good number, because it depends on what a customer is worth to you. Work out your cost per real conversation, then compare it with how many conversations become a customer and the value of that customer.

Are LinkedIn subscriptions included in the price?

With LinkedNav, yes. The capacity to send your monthly volume is included, and you do not need to buy a Sales Navigator membership. With any other provider, ask whether LinkedIn seats are billed to you on top.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Not with LinkedNav. There is no setup fee, no per-seat fee and no long contract. You can bill monthly, quarterly or annually and cancel anytime.

Is done-for-you LinkedIn outreach cheaper than hiring?

A flat monthly price by volume, with no setup fee, no per-seat fee and no long contract, costs less than a typical agency retainer or the salary of a sales development rep. It also starts sooner, because there is nobody to hire or train.

Can I start with a small volume?

Yes. The smallest step reaches up to 500 prospects a month, and you can add steps at the same price each when you want more.

Have your LinkedIn outreach run for you.

LinkedNav is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service. You choose a monthly prospect volume, and our team builds the list, writes the sequences, runs the outreach and handles the replies.
