LinkedIn InMail at volume

Thousands of LinkedIn InMails a month, from your own account, sent for you.

InMail reaches people you are not connected to, with no invitation to accept first. One plan’s monthly credits are gone in days. Our team runs InMail for you at the monthly volume you choose, and the capacity to send it is included.

  • No Sales Navigator membership to buy
  • Sent from your own LinkedIn profile
  • One flat monthly price by volume
The short answer

A Sales Navigator plan comes with 50 InMail credits a month, and LinkedIn’s help page says you cannot purchase more 12. So sending InMail to thousands of people takes more capacity than one plan gives. There are four real ways to get it: reach Open Profiles first, add seats, pay for sponsored messages, or have the InMail run for you. With LinkedNav you choose a monthly prospect volume, and our team writes, sends and answers the InMail from your own LinkedIn account. The InMail capacity is topped up for you, so you do not buy a Sales Navigator membership or count credits.

What bulk InMail really means on LinkedIn

An InMail is a message to someone you are not connected to, and each one uses a credit 1. So bulk InMail is not one message pushed to a list. It is many single messages, each written to one person, sent over days from a real profile.

Two of LinkedIn’s rules shape how it is done. A credit comes back when the person accepts, declines or responds within 90 days 1. And you cannot send a second InMail to the same person until they respond to the first 1. An InMail is one good attempt per person, so the first one has to be worth reading.

LinkedIn’s advertising platform also sells sponsored messages. Those are ads bought with an ad budget, not notes from your own profile. This page is about the first kind.

How many InMails one plan can send

The plan sets the ceiling. These are the numbers on LinkedIn’s help pages on the day this page was written.

  • Premium Career: 5 credits a month. Premium Business: 15. Recruiter Lite: 30. Sales Navigator: 50 1.
  • Sales Navigator credits you do not use build up to 150 2.
  • On Sales Navigator, LinkedIn says: “At this time, you can’t purchase additional InMail credits” 2.
  • A Recruiter license comes with 150 InMails, additional credits can be purchased, and a seat can send up to 1,000 InMails a day 3.

Put those side by side and the problem is plain. If you want to start a few hundred new conversations a month with people who will not accept an invitation from a stranger, one Sales Navigator plan does not cover it, and it cannot be extended by buying credits.

Rather have this done for you?

Pick a monthly volume. Our team builds the list, writes the messages, sends from your own LinkedIn account and handles the replies. Sales Navigator and InMail credits are covered by us.

What makes an InMail get a reply

Volume only helps if the message is worth answering. Every reply also hands the credit back, so a good InMail pays for the next one. This is the method our team uses, and you can use it by hand tomorrow.

  • Pick people with a reason to care now. A new role, a hiring push, a funding round, a post they wrote last week. A reason beats a job title.
  • Write the subject line about them. Plain and specific. It is the first thing they see.
  • Keep the body to three or four short sentences. Who you are in one line, why you chose them, and one question.
  • Ask for one small thing. A question they can answer with a yes or a no gets more answers than a request for a meeting.
  • Start with a small group. Read what comes back, fix the wording, then widen the list.

What a month of done-for-you InMail looks like

In the first week you spend one call telling us who you sell to and how you speak. Our team builds the list and writes the InMail and connection sequences, and you approve the wording.

After that, messages go out from your profile every working day. Replies land in your own inbox. We answer them, deal with the questions, and pass you the people who want to talk. Once a week you get a report: who was reached, who replied, who booked.

Your part is the conversations. That is the whole idea of a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service: you buy the volume, and the work of reaching it is ours.

Do you need Sales Navigator for this?

No. You do not need a Sales Navigator membership of your own, and you do not manage credits. The capacity to send your monthly volume is part of what you pay for, and we top it up as the month goes on. One price covers it: $597 a month for every 500 prospects reached. The current numbers are on the pricing page.

Your options

Four ways to send InMail to more people

Each of these works. They differ in how far they go and in who does the work.

Option 1

Reach Open Profiles first

Good: A Premium member with Open Profile switched on can be messaged with no credit 4. Every one you find is a credit kept.

Not so good: Only part of any list has it switched on, and checking person by person takes time.

Option 2

Add seats or a bigger plan

Good: More seats mean more monthly credits, and Recruiter can buy additional credits 3.

Not so good: You pay for every seat, and someone on your team still writes, sends and answers every message.

Option 3

Pay for sponsored messages

Good: Reach is bought with an ad budget, so credits do not matter.

Not so good: It arrives as an ad, not as a note from you, and it needs a budget and someone to run the ads.

What LinkedNav does

Good: You pick a monthly volume. The capacity, the writing, the sending and the replies are handled, from your own account.

How it works

You make one call. Our team does the rest.

  1. 1

    A short call

You tell us who you sell to, what you offer and how you speak. That is most of what we need from you.

  2. 2

    The list and the words

Our team builds the list and writes the InMail and connection sequences. You read the wording and approve it before anything goes out.

  3. 3

    Outreach every working day

Messages go out from your own LinkedIn profile, under your name, at the monthly volume you chose.

  4. 4

    Replies handled, results reported

We answer replies, pass you the people who want to talk, and send a report every week on who was reached and what came back.

Is it for you?

Who this fits, and who it does not.

A good fit if

  • Your buyers are senior and rarely accept invitations from people they do not know.
  • You have already used up one plan’s monthly credits and want to keep going.
  • You would rather take the calls than write and send the messages.
  • You run outreach for clients and need volume you can plan a month ahead.

Not the right fit if

  • You only need a few InMails a month. One plan’s credits will do.
  • Your buyers are not active on LinkedIn.
  • You want to operate the software yourself.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you send bulk or mass InMail on LinkedIn?

An InMail is always a one-to-one message, and each one uses a credit unless the person has an Open Profile. Sending to many people means sending many single messages over time. LinkedIn’s help pages give Sales Navigator 50 credits a month and say more cannot be purchased there, so real volume needs more capacity than one plan.

How many InMails can LinkedNav send for me each month?

You choose a monthly prospect volume in steps of 500, and InMail is one of the channels used to reach them. Thousands of InMails a month from your own account is a normal volume for our team. The current price for each step is on the pricing page.

Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?

No. You do not need to buy a Sales Navigator membership. The capacity to send your monthly volume is included, and it is topped up for you.

Do the InMails come from my own LinkedIn profile?

Yes. They go out under your name from your own profile, and replies land in your own inbox.

Who writes the InMails?

Our team writes them from what you tell us about your buyer, your offer and how you speak. You approve the wording before anything goes out.

Is InMail better than a connection request?

They do different jobs. A connection request uses no credit, but one account sends about 100 a week and the person has to accept before you can say much. An InMail lands in the inbox of someone you are not connected to. Most outreach uses both.

Have your LinkedIn outreach run for you.

LinkedNav is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service. You choose a monthly prospect volume, and our team builds the list, writes the sequences, runs the outreach and handles the replies.
