Option 1
Your own sales team
Good: They know the product and the accounts best.
Not so good: Outreach competes with live deals for their time, and usually loses.
Enterprise and ABM
Large deals are not won by one message to one person. They are won when the right few people at the right companies hear from you, at a pace you can keep. Here is how account based outreach on LinkedIn works, the honest ways to run it, and what our team runs for you.
Enterprise lead generation on LinkedIn works best account by account: you name the companies you want, then reach the people inside each one who choose, use and pay for what you sell. Start from a short list of accounts, not a broad search. Map the people who take part in the decision, write to each of them about what they care about, and follow every account to a conversation or a clear no. You can run it with your own team, hand it to an agency, or use a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service. LinkedNav is the third kind: you give us your target accounts, and our team builds the list of people, writes and sends the messages from your own LinkedIn profile, and handles the replies.
Broad lead generation casts a wide net and keeps whoever answers. Account based outreach works the other way round. You decide first which companies are worth winning, and every message after that is aimed at them.
A good account list is short enough that each company gets real attention. Pick the companies that look like your best customers today: the same industry, a similar size, the same problem you solve. Add the ones your sales team already wants and cannot get a meeting with.
At a large company, nobody buys alone. The person who signs is rarely the person who feels the problem every day, and both of them listen to the people who will have to use what you sell.
For each account, find the people in each of these roles. On LinkedIn you can do it by hand: search the company, filter by function and seniority, and keep the ones whose title matches the decision. Write down who they are and why each one would care.
Rather have this done for you?
Pick a monthly volume. Our team builds the list, writes the messages, sends from your own LinkedIn account and handles the replies. Sales Navigator and InMail credits are covered by us.
Writing to one person at a large company is a coin toss. They may be busy, new in the role, or the wrong person. Writing to several people at the same company, each about what matters to them, gives the account more than one way to say yes.
Keep each message about the reader, not about you. The person who signs hears about the result. The person who feels the problem hears about the problem. Keep the pace steady and spread the messages over days, so the account hears from you without feeling crowded. LinkedIn says an account sending many invitations in a short time, or having many ignored, may be restricted 1, so plan the volume inside that.
If more than one person on your team sells into the account, each of them can reach out from their own profile. See multiple senders for how that is organised.
Account based outreach is judged account by account. The question each week is not how many messages went out, but which accounts are talking to you, which have gone quiet, and which have said no.
Keep a simple record for each account: who was reached, who replied, and what happens next. When one person replies, use it with the others at the same company. When the account says no, stop, and note why. If your team works in HubSpot, the people and their LinkedIn details can go there too, so sales sees the whole account in one place.
Your options
Four ways teams do it. Each fits a different stage.
One flat price
$597 a month for every 500 prospects reached. Every step costs the same. No setup fee, no per-seat fee, cancel anytime.
How it works
You tell us who you sell to, what you offer and how you speak. That is most of what we need from you.
Our team builds the list and writes the InMail and connection sequences. You read the wording and approve it before anything goes out.
Messages go out from your own LinkedIn profile, under your name, at the monthly volume you chose.
We answer replies, pass you the people who want to talk, and send a report every week on who was reached and what came back.

Questions
It is outreach aimed at a named list of companies instead of a broad search. For each company you find the people who take part in the decision and write to each of them about what they care about, until the account talks to you or says no.
Normal lead generation starts wide and keeps whoever replies. ABM starts with the accounts you want and works each one until it answers. It suits high value deals where several people decide.
Yes. Send the companies you want on the strategy call. If you do not have a list yet, we build one with you from your best customers.
It depends on how the decision is made at your buyers. We agree it with you on the strategy call, account by account if you want.
Your own profile, under your name. If several people on your team sell into the same accounts, each of them can send from their own profile.
Contacts can be synced to HubSpot with their name, title, company and LinkedIn URL, so sales sees the account in one place.
No. You can cancel anytime, and you keep the list, the copy and the conversations.
LinkedNav is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service. You choose a monthly prospect volume, and our team builds the list, writes the sequences, runs the outreach and handles the replies.
